problem in doing process in excel file

Sir, I am trying from yesterday to do again the steps but I am not getting why my Excel file is creating a problem.Even I made a new file and I have almost completed the step except for the correlation for target 0 and it's creating problems for the same .I am not able to do so what should I do?? Is there any solution for that ?
