Doubt in excel Project

Hi, We have filtered File in Excel so i should take the same file or I need to remove filters? I want to also know that Offered Salary does not have filtered column so should i take the same data or removed filter data and then take offered salary because two task is depend on that. also some task are not clear Use a pie chart, bar graph, or any other suitable visualization to show the proportion of people working in different departments. so in these do they want only hired people's department chart? same with Position tier that they only want hired position tier chart or overall chart ?
