Feedback and Asking doubt again

Please read the question slowly and properly and please give some time to provide a proper response such that the doubt is resolved in one go. Every time, I raise a doubt, I have to raise it again since first time the response was not clear enough or the response didn't answer the doubt. I am asking it again. For Question E, do i have to show the representation of different posts for each department or just the entire organization? That is, for each department, do I have to show distribution of posts separately or all thedepartments at once. That is, for example, a separate distribution of posts for Finance Department, separate distribution of post for service Department etc.
