data import case study 2 table events (Posting fourth time)

This is the error, I am getting. When datatype of usertype is int , I get error of 'incorrect integer' and when datatype of usertype is varchar , I recieve the other error . I have attached the snapshot of query and both the errors. Please help me reticfy the error, I am posting there fourth time.
