Doubt about Project 4 missing values in database

In the database there are a few fields that do not contain data. For example the 7th row the post name is not mentioned and in some places gender is not mentioned. How exactly are we supposed to deal with that? Do we ignore those rows because some of then are hired and should be involved while analysing avg salaries and solving all the other questions..
