regarding the first question about the missing value

regarding the 1st question do i have to drop column or do i have to show all the 100 variables graph as written in the last of the question and do we have to drop variable which has more than missing value beyond imputation. and then show the graph for those variable which can be imputated. and as suggested we have to use mean and median so what about categorical column what to use for there imputation
