project 3 case study 2

Hi I am stuck on project 3 case 2 question 1 . I imported the data and then I tried to change in datetime through strtodate but it show me error code 1411. I saw many video regarding that but sill not able to correct this . So can you please see my code and tell me the exact error what i have to correct in this. I am attaching a ss of that also.
