Video presentation guidelines

Dear team, I am confused on doing the video presentation, Can you please provide the step by step guidlines, though I read the file that is attached to the project, Still I am having doubts regarding the video presentation. So my question is, do I need to do a video presentation by screenrecording the window, or else by video recording myself with explanation while doing the project.
