IMDB project rejected

my IMDB project has been rejected without any proper explanations. Also the support from trainity has been really poor. The follow up to any doubt you post takes a lot of time. The comment button under the project title never works. also why is email ID being asked on a public forum? shouldn't trainity already have access to it?
