Refund Issue

I have given my graduation interview 3 weeks back, but I still haven't received my refund. I also didn't get any reply for mail I sent. They keep giving excuses of technical issues, which practically cannot persist for these many days. Please give me a frank answer, if I can expect a refund or not? If yes, please give me an assured/confirm date for clarity. Please make this process done ASAP. Kindly, first reply to the queries mails sent. Thank you
