Query about why Great Level

Hello team, for the fourth task (Hiring Process Analysis) I did the whole task of my own. And I thought I did well. But I did not got Perfect Level. It will be better to know the exact reason for that... so that I won't make a similar mistake in the later tasks. Please provide the reason to help me upgrading. Thanks.
