I understand your situation and the challenges you're facing in completing the career tasks. Gathering accurate and up-to-date contact information can be tricky at times. Here are a few suggestions that might help you complete the tasks and unlock the resume template and handbook:

Use Multiple Sources: Instead of relying solely on one source like findthatlead or snov, try using a combination of sources. Look for contact information on LinkedIn, professional websites, company websites, and industry directories.
Reach Out on LinkedIn: While some hiring managers might not provide their emails, you can still reach out to them on LinkedIn. Send them a well-crafted connection request with a personalized message expressing your interest in their company and explaining the purpose of your contact.
Network: If you have any professional or personal contacts who work in the same industry or company you're interested in, ask them if they can provide you with contact information or introduce you to relevant individuals.
Use Company Websites: Many company websites have a "Contact Us" section that provides general email addresses or contact forms. While this might not lead you directly to specific hiring managers, it can be a starting point to connect with the company.
Attend Events and Webinars: Many industry events, webinars, and conferences provide contact information for speakers, organizers, and participants. Participating in such events could help you expand your network.
Join Professional Groups: Online forums, LinkedIn groups, and professional associations often have members who are open to networking. Engage in discussions and build relationships that might lead to access to contact information.
Cold Outreach: While this can be tricky, crafting a thoughtful and respectful cold email explaining your interest and purpose might sometimes yield positive results. Make sure to personalize each email and keep it concise.
Utilize Social Media: Twitter and other social media platforms can sometimes be used to reach out to professionals in your field. However, maintain professionalism and respect in your communications.
Check for Alumni Networks: If you're a recent graduate, consider reaching out to alumni who are working in your desired companies or industries. Alumni networks can be valuable sources of information and connections.
Persistence and Patience: Building professional relationships and obtaining contact information takes time and patience. Be persistent but respectful in your efforts.

Remember that networking and reaching out to professionals is not just about completing tasks but also about building genuine connections. Even if you face challenges in completing specific tasks, the skills you develop during this process will be valuable throughout your career. Good luck!
