Hiring Process Analytics

In this project, there are list of tasks from A to E. Prior to it, there are 5 individual things listed (Handling missing data, clubbing columns, outlier). The tasks from A to E is enough to be done or we should perform both ? Also, with respect to learning part, for excel basics the data cleaning strategies are not covered yet. How to do the project ?
