doubt in bank loan analysis

For data imbalannce we have to find for target column only or other coumns as well? On which dataset we have to work on or we have to use diff. dataset for diff questions?If its is so then plz describe for which que we have to use which dataset.Or we have to merge it? if we have to merge how can we do that? Please give a detailed information.
