ABC Call Trend Analysis

Hello, I submitted my project(ABC call trend analysis) 2 times I was able to correct the solution for task 1 and 3 in sencond attempt but I could not corretly answer the task 4. I have understand the question and use Night Call distribution for calcutating the average number of calls per day in each time bracket and also use the asumption of a agent working 60% in the an hour to calculated the required manpower for the same. Now could you guide me where I have been making mistakes and also provide hints for the same. I have uploaded the photos of my calculation. Check this and provide guidance for a proper way of doing this task. Please!
