wrong data set given in case-1, project-3

it is given that You will be working with a table named job_data with the following columns: job_id: Unique identifier of jobs actor_id: Unique identifier of actor means unique identifier for both jobid as well as actorid but in job_data.csv file given, there are duplicate values in both the columns(screenshot attached). while creating a table i am getting this duplicate error as i have put actor_id as PRIMARY KEY. Am I interpretting it wrong or the data given in csv file is wrong? Please guide.
