bank loan case study dataset

given dataset in the bank loan case study is too large data in application_data file name i think 50,000 raws and 122 columns but as i am removed blank cell with the help of feature in excel find & select > Go To Special > Blanks then there is only left data with 1389 raws and 122 columns is it anything wrong or am i on right track i dont know please guide me.
