IMDB Movie project Genre doubt

Hi Team I separated the genres and there are multiple columns of genre now, for example, for one movie, there are 3-4 genre values as shown in the image below. I am confused as to which column to use for determining the no. of movies in each genre? Please see the attached screenshot and suggest.
