Bank loan case study

Is there any use of previousapplication data set and columndescription data set. I'm not getting what to do with this two data set. or do we have to use only applications_data? Please help me with this and respond quickly. because for the last project when i had doubt no one responds the reply from user side came after the project completion. i'm feeling like i'm doing self study and there is no help from your side.
